The OCB Vocational Rehabilitation (VR) program provides Oregonians with job readiness assistance. Experienced VR counselors help clients hone many of the skills necessary to obtain or retain employment. We then pair businesses in search of skilled and dedicated employees with a pool of talented candidates. All OCB job readiness services are free to qualified Oregonians and to the employers who hire them.

VR assists individuals with disabilities to get and keep a job that matches their skills, interests and abilities. VR staff work in partnership with the community and businesses to provide services that are individualized to help each eligible person receive services that are essential to their employment success.

DEVELOPMENT DIVERSITY PROGRAM

The Benton County Developmental Diversity Program provides support for children and adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities.  We are the point of access to services and support for people in Benton County.  Participation in the program is voluntary.  Our community is stronger when the diversity of all its members is supported.

Employment First

I Work We Succeed is part of the outreach efforts by Oregon’s Employment First initiative to promote the benefits of paid, integrated work in community jobs for people with I/DD.​​​​​​​
